The MBT shoes that are supposed to help you exercise, loose weight and give you a good workout while you walk around in them. Masai Barefoot Technology or the MBT shoes are the anti-shoes that were inspired by the barefoot Masai people from Africa. The shoes are made with a rocker on the bottom that is supposed to resemble or mimic the gait of walking barefoot exhibited by the Masai. These shoes are suposed to benefit the posture and in those with postural problems. There is not much evidence to support the claims. So, do MBT shoes work ? They probably do work in some with the postural problems and not in others.
